Prices are quoted in AED or EUR unless otherwise specified.
A deposit may be required to secure a booking.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed according to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Dubai Luxury Events LLC is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, restaurants, or yacht operators), or circumstances beyond our control (such as force majeure events).
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For EU residents, consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.

Where we arrange services through third-party providers (e.g. hotels, restaurants, yacht operators), their own terms and conditions will also apply.
